The Bellefontaine Municipal Court Probation Department is responsible for probation and pretrial supervision and pre-sentence investigations. The Probation Department supervises approximately 400 probationers and is committed to providing meaningful interventions to address criminogenic needs, protect the public, and encourage positive behavioral change.
