Existing customers are now able to access current account information and make payments with your debit and credit cards online. 

Please  have a copy of your most current statement available. You will need information from this invoice to establish your online account.  Enter your account number and your name (case sensitive) exactly as it appears on the statement.

Online Account/Pay

The City of Bellefontaine Department of Public Utilities provides water, sewer, refuse and recycling services to approximately 5,000 residential properties and 500 commercial and industrial properties.  This department is responsible for the establishment of new service, billing, meter reading, collection and customer service. 

Our mission is to provide safe, quality water along with the best possible utility service to ALL of our residents.

In case of a water emergency - please contact our office at (937) 592-3561 during normal working hours 7:30 A.M. - 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.  After these hours please contact the Police Department at (937) 599-1010.
