IAFF Local 351 Golf Tournament

When: Saturday, May 8, 2010 – Shotgun Start at 8:00 a.m.

Where: Tree Links Golf Course, Bellefontaine, Ohio

Format:  4 Person Scramble – Limited to first 30 teams

Cost:  $60.00 per person – $240.00 per team

           Includes green fees, cart, and lunch.

           Make checks payable to: BFD IAFF Local 351

Prizes:  Trophies for first, second, third.  Cash prize of $400.00 for first place,

              $200.00 for second place and $100.00 for third place. 

              Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Longest Putt on course contests.

Special Interest:  Betting Hole.  Cash beverage cart on course.
